It’s that time of year, and less than a couple months from the holidays that all these top cakes, cookies, desserts and treats appear again, just while we are into our groove of fitness resolutions…thanks Valentine’s Day!

Spoon batter into each muffin cup and bake for approximately 10 minutes (15 for large muffins). Turn onto a wire rack to cool through.

Then add 1 full teaspoon of cream cheese mixture to center. Top with more chocolate cake batter. Cupcake cups should be 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched in center. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan to cool completely.

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly great a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In a large bowl beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
