A few months ago, I got this idea in my head of a way to improve your blog in a focused, anonymous and honest environment, with a team of other bloggers giving you feedback, while gaining traffic, and reaping rewards like building great blog content and winning cash prizes.  
In our Mom blogosphere, we tend to see a lot of giveaways, which are always nice of course, and as a sponsor of giveaways, and using them as a tool for our product exposure, I certainly embrace them.  But, the giveaway prize might not always be something you want or need, and you spend a significant amount of time on rafflecopters, right?
Time is precious as Moms and Dads, and then we need to create time to maintain our blogs.  I think we all struggle to think of interesting content for our blogs, and to come up with posts that keep our readers entertained.   This is a daily challenge, and once you have taken that plunge into the blog addiction world of relishing comments, checking your stats incessantly, and aiming for higher achievement with your blog status, there's no turning back.  It's only onward and upward!
This all takes time and effort as you know, but why not take some of that time and effort you've already spent, or need to spend anyway for your blog posts, and let your time and efforts build upon your improvement and learning, while giving you a chance of winning cash?
Enter Club-Content!
A place where blog content and writing exercises and contests meet, with the added benefit of traffic to your blog!
 I teamed up with Christina of Spilled Milkshake, whom I'm sure many of you know, and we created a blog content resource with useful writing ideas and learning exercises, while offering the ability to enter your writings into our Contests for a chance of winning money.
So what about the traffic part?  
We have a system set up in order to make our Contests run smoothly, and to ensure traffic.  The Contest Entries must be read and rated to determine a winner by all members of Club-Content.  This process of targeted reading and rating through an anonymous environment, allows a Contest Entrant to receive focused and honest feedback, which is very different from just a comment. 
All of this careful reading and rating to give constructive feedback for each Contest Entry brings traffic to Entrants' blogs, and keeps those bounce rates down, with the time needed to really read through and be helpful, while placing the Entry.
You get meaningful traffic, and the opportunity to improve and reap rewards all together!
