Okay, I don't know Richard Armitage. Sorry, I don't know where I've been, but I do know Sean Connery and well, who can beat James Bond. Really, no contest at all!!! Thanks for another fun romp with the stars!! Always enjoy the diversion!! xo
I have to vote for Richard. I like Sean's movies. But I saw an interview with him once and he it was okay to slap a women. I remember that now about that interview with Connery. That was weird that he said that. These leading men need to just stick to the screen, and not ruin everything for us;)
It's an unfair match! Richard Armitage hasn't worked that much in movies and, though he has his international "army of thousands", he still has to reach worldwide popularity. However, he will get to that soon. He would be an incredible James Bond (he was Lucas North in the BBC spy drama, Spooks/MI5). Now he is shooting in New Zealand, in Peter Jackson's latest movie, The Hobbit. So, his career in the Hollywood star system has just started. Come back to this match next year. I'm sure you'll get different results. And, definitely, I'm sure the ones who voted Mr Connery haven't seen any of Richard Armitage's works nor listened to any of his interviews) OK. Do I need to tell you who is my favourite between the two ?
You tell them MG! If this was the 1970s and Richard Armitage was still a toddler then I would say Sean Connery all the way. But helloooo! Get a copy of the DVD North and South (BBC version) or the BBC's Robin Hood (you can also check it out on Netflix). Once you have seen RA in action there is no going back! Also check out his fanvids or interviews on Youtube. He is even better in real life! A true gentleman. Swoon....
Sean Connery v Richard Armitage is a bit of an unfair contest, considering Sean's body of work, they are both great actors, but would have to go for Richard Armitage. He has shown in interviews that he is a lovely person inside and out and his acting always draws me in. I cannot wait until he can show the world what he can do when the Hobbit comes out this year.
Richard will burst onto the big screen soon enough and you will all wonder what took you so long to discover him! Both are great actors, but Richard Armitage is something special not only is he extraordinarily handsome, but has a voice that is as smooth as melted chocolate. I urge you to listen to some of his audio work. He has a smallish fan base but very passionate. We love him to bits!
Richard Armitage hands down! He has proven himself to be a talented actor in various genres. Plus, he appears to be a genuinely good person, which we don't often see from actors. Then of course there is the fact that he is oh so easy on the eyes
It's funny, because I didn't know Richard Armitage until he was suggested by one of our readers, and I think he's fabulous! I wouldn't have put him up against Connery if I didn't think he could hold his own!;)

When I added them up, I actually changed mine to Richard, because I thought we might have a tie. Connery only beat him by 3!
